The Intimates (2005)
Joe Casey, Giuseppe Camuncoli, Rian Hughes
- 12 issues
Six teenage wannabe-heroes navigate training and identity at a school called the Seminary, where becoming a hero is more about self-discovery than combat drills. Created and written by Joe Casey, the WildStorm series was built as a character-driven counter to the era's blockbuster superhero fare.
