DESCRIPTION
Published in 1995 by Malibu Comics, 'Godwheel' was a crossover event within the Ultraverse, a universe of superheroes created by Malibu Comics. The storyline was written by George Pérez and Len Strazewski, with art by various artists including George Pérez and Rick Hoberg. The 'Godwheel' arc involved a cosmic event where the titular Godwheel, a massive cosmic structure, became the focal point for a battle involving many of the Ultraverse's heroes and villains. Key characters included Prime, Hardcase, and Mantra, among others. The story spanned three issues of a limited series titled 'Godwheel', and it tied into several ongoing Ultraverse titles. The event was significant for its attempt to unify the Ultraverse's disparate characters and storylines into a cohesive narrative. However, it did not have a lasting impact on the continuity due to Malibu Comics' eventual acquisition by Marvel Comics.
