Toggling Item Visibility

📝 What it is

Even if your Wishlist is public, you might not want every single item to be seen by others. VerseDB lets you hide or show individual items from your public Wishlist while still keeping them saved privately for yourself.

🔍 Where to find it

On your Wishlist page, each item has a set of icons for actions. One of those is a visibility toggle (eye icon):

• 👁️ Visible (shows up on your public wishlist)
• 🙈 Hidden (only you can see it)

✅ How to use it

1. Go to your Wishlist
2. Find the item you want to hide or show
3. Click the eye icon to toggle visibility
4. That item will now either appear or disappear from your public page at
   https://versedb.com/user/yourusername/wishlist

You can toggle visibility at any time without deleting the item or affecting its place in your private list.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting

• Use visibility toggles for personal notes, surprise gifts, or anything you’re not ready to share yet.
• Your visibility setting is saved automatically — no need to hit “Save.”
• Items are always visible to you, even if hidden from the public.
• Want to hide your full Wishlist instead? Use the toggle in the Public Wishlist section.
