If something doesn’t seem right with your Wishlist — items not showing up, links not working, or filters acting weird — this guide can help you quickly diagnose and fix the issue.

🔍 Where to start

Before diving into anything technical, check these basics:

  • Are you logged in?
  • Is the item you're looking for actually in your Wishlist?
  • Are filters or search terms narrowing your results too much?

âś… Common issues & fixes

🔎 Items not showing up

  • Make sure the item is added to your Wishlist — check by searching for it directly
  • Double-check your filters (type, priority) — it might be hiding the item
  • If it’s a private item, it won’t appear on your public wishlist

🔄 Search or filters not working

  • Clear your search bar and try again
  • Reset filters to “All Types” and “All Priorities”
  • Refresh the page to reload your list fully

đź”— Public wishlist not loading

  • Make sure your wishlist is still set to public
  • Your public link should look like:
    https://versedb.com/user/yourusername/wishlist
  • If it’s disabled, turn it back on from your Wishlist settings

❌ Can't move to Collection

  • Only Issues can be moved to your Collection — Series and Titles are not supported
  • If the item is not an Issue, the option won’t appear

  • Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) for best performance
