Forearm is Michael McCain, a Marvel mutant with a second pair of arms folded beneath the first. He is a founding member of the Mutant Liberation Front, the militant group that made its name against Cable and X-Force, and he stayed on its roster through every change of leadership. His four arms come with enhanced strength and durability, which makes him the muscle in most rooms he walks into. He first appeared in The New Mutants #86 in 1990.
