Eppo is the cover mascot and title character of the Dutch comics magazine Eppo, created by artist Uco Egmond in 1973 for the magazine Pep. When Pep merged with Sjors in 1975, the combined weekly was renamed after him. In the strip, the young Eppo works alongside an older antique dealer, and the character remains a familiar fixture of Dutch comics culture, with a street in Almere named in his honor.
