Description

Billy Kaplan, a mutant with magical and reality warping abilities, is a founding member of the Young Avengers and the reincarnated son of the Scarlet Witch. Wiccan is destined to become the Demiurge, a being of great power who shall rewrite the laws of magic and birth the Elder Gods. He is also the husband of Emperor Hulkling.
