Big Brain

Big Brain is a male character known as the leader of the superhero group Capes. He was active during World War II and collaborated with the Comet Twins. He founded Capes Inc., an organization that pays its superhero members. Big Brain used a Nazi-created cyborg to stage attacks, securing government funding for the team. Despite claiming to lose his powers, his abilities were actually growing. His deceptive tactics eventually led to conflict within Capes Inc., resulting in casualties and his disappearance.
