Tim Boo Ba

Tim Boo Ba is a reptilian biped from the planet Devotkos, a world existing at a microscopic scale. He ruled his homeworld as a tyrant, possessing flame breath and large skull horns. His reign ended abruptly when his entire planet was wiped out. This cataclysm was later revealed to be a simple glass of water spilled by a boy in a larger universe.
