Scout

Billy Turner was the sidekick of the Golden Man, The Sentry. When he drank the super serum (but unlike The Sentry), Billy received his power at a lesser extent and has no known mental defects. After this Billy became known as Scout. He was nearly killed by the Void (Sentry).
