Omega is the name of a mute hybridized clone of Galactus and Thanos whose power dwarfs the original Galactus in every aspect. Thanos considers Omega to be the greatest mistake he has ever made and had to take extreme measures in order to destroy Omega once and for all, measures that nearly cost Thanos his life.
