Psi-Borg was part of the SHIELD "Super Agents" Initiative under the jurisdiction of GW Bridge and were given orders to rendezvous with Nick Fury to assist with the search of the SHIELD Hellicarrier that was taken over by Mad Dog and several super powered terrorist.
