A Hong Kong crime lord who was tricked into stealing a staff that granted him mystical powers. Deemed unworthy, he was banished to the Capital City of Hell.
After fighting his way out of the Eighth City, he took on the identity of the Handsome Monkey King and vowed to use his martial arts skills to right his past wrongs.
