Abe Sapien

Abe Sapien is an amphibious humanoid with gills and webbed extremities, capable of breathing underwater and on land. Formerly Langdon Everett Caul, a scientist transformed into a mysterious aquatic being, he operates as a skilled agent of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (B.P.R.D.). Known for his sharp intellect and athletic prowess, Abe combines expert marksmanship with hand-to-hand combat abilities. His unique physiology requires regular immersion in water to maintain strength, and his large eyes enhance vision in murky environments.
