The Cheyenne Kid is a white orphan raised by the Cheyenne, working as a scout and guide out of Sour Springs and caught between the cavalry that hires him and the people who raised him. Charlton gave him his own title in 1958 and ran it into the 1970s, with art by Pat Boyette and John Severin.
