Biography

American writer and artist from Gig Harbor, Washington. Best known as the author of the New York Times bestselling LitRPG series Dungeon Crawler Carl, initially self-published on Royal Road and later acquired by Ace Books in 2024. The series has sold over six million copies and is being adapted into a live-action television series for Peacock by Universal International Studios and Seth MacFarlane's Fuzzy Door Productions. Prior to writing, Dinniman worked as a marine tech and as a pet portrait artist at cat shows. His other books include The Shivered Sky trilogy, Dominion of Blades, and Operation Bounce House.
