Bill Black

Bill Black is an American comics creator and publisher who began drawing horror stories for Warren Publications in 1969 after studying advertising design at Florida State University. He founded Paragon Publications in 1969 to produce fan magazines and later launched AC Comics in 1982, one of the first independent comics publishers in the United States. As editor and publisher of AC Comics, he oversaw more than 130 titles across four decades, including Femforce and Captain Paragon.
