Kosaku Anakubo
Japanese manga artist born April 18, 1957, best known as creator of the Pokemon Pocket Monsters gag manga, one of the earliest and longest-running Pokemon manga series, along with sequels including Pokemon Ruby-Sapphire and Pocket Monsters BW. He also illustrates the Duel Masters trading card game manga and won the 1995 Shogakukan Manga Award for Ore wa Otoko da! Kunio-kun.
