Norifusa Mita is a Japanese manga artist from Iwate Prefecture who graduated from Meiji University. He is best known for Dragon Zakura, which won the 29th Kodansha Manga Award in 2005 and was adapted into live-action television series in Japan and South Korea. His other works include Investor Z, Angel Bank, and The Great War of Archimedes.
