Biography
Ken Wakui is a Japanese manga creator who debuted in 2005 with Shinjuku Swan, a crime drama serialized in Weekly Young Magazine through 2013. He is best known for Tokyo Revengers, serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2017 to 2022, which won the shonen category of the Kodansha Manga Award in 2020. The series sold over 80 million copies worldwide and inspired an anime adaptation and multiple live-action films.
