C.B. Cebulski is an American comic book editor and writer. He held various roles at Marvel Comics, notably as a talent scout responsible for identifying new creators. He later became Marvel's Editor-in-Chief in 2017. Cebulski also wrote for several titles, including "Loners" and "Marvel Fairy Tales," sometimes using the pseudonym Akira Yoshida.
