American comic book writer and executive who entered the industry in 1993 during the original Image Comics launch. President and COO of Top Cow Productions since 1998, Hawkins has created and written more than 30 franchises for Top Cow and Image, including Think Tank, Postal, The Tithe, and Aphrodite IX, alongside overseeing the company's business affairs and licensing.
