About This Event
The Happy Valley Comic & Collectibles Convention (HVC3) is an annual convention held at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre near Penn State in State College, Pennsylvania. The show features comics, sports cards, action figures, anime merchandise, and pop culture collectibles, along with celebrity and artist guests, Magic: The Gathering tournaments, and a costume contest.
