Fireborn (2026)

An Image Comics series co-created by Curt Pires and Franklin Jonas with art by Patrick Mulholland, spinning out of Pires' Lost Fantasy. Aaron Hillburg is a rich-kid layabout estranged from his billionaire father, hopping rooftops and avoiding responsibility until a floating dragon egg bonds with him and unlocks an ancient magical lineage running through his bloodline.

The book turns into a high-octane chase as outlaw wizards, biker cultists, and supernatural warlords from across the surface world and the World Beneath converge on him, willing to burn down whatever they have to in order to take the egg. Pitched as a fusion of fantasy and superhero action.
