Description

A 1994 DC Comics storyline spanning The Flash #92-94 and Impulse #1-2 by Mark Waid. The arc introduced Bart Allen, the hyperactive speedster from the 30th century, to the DC Universe. Reckless Youth established Impulse as a major character in the Flash family and launched his own ongoing series.
