Description

A 1995 Flash storyline by Mark Waid in issues #95-100. Wally West pushes his speed powers to new limits and discovers the Speed Force, a dimensional energy field that powers all speedsters.

This arc redefined Flash mythology and established concepts that remain central to the character.
