Description

A 1988 Green Arrow storyline from issues #3-4 of Mike Grell's series. Oliver Queen faces challenges in Seattle that test his skills as an archer and hero. The arc continued establishing the street-level, socially conscious approach that distinguished this incarnation of Green Arrow.
