Subscription Management

Learn how to view, modify, and manage all aspects of your VerseDB PRO subscription, including changing plans, updating payment information, and cancellation options.

Accessing Your Subscription

You can access your subscription management page in two ways:

  1. Dashboard Menu: Log in to VerseDB, go to your Dashboard, and click on "Subscription" in the left navigation menu.
  2. Direct URL: Visit https://versedb.com/subscription while logged in.

Viewing Subscription Status

The subscription page displays:

  • Your current plan type (Monthly or Yearly)
  • Subscription status (Active, Canceled, etc.)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method information

Changing Subscription Plans

To switch between monthly and yearly billing:

  1. Navigate to your Subscription page
  2. Locate the "Switch Your Plan" section
  3. Review the alternative plan and savings information
  4. Click "Switch to Yearly" or "Switch to Monthly"
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted

When switching from monthly to yearly, you'll be charged the yearly rate immediately, with your next billing date adjusted accordingly. You'll receive 2 months free compared to the monthly rate.

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Find the "Payment Method" section
  3. Click "Update Payment Method"
  4. Enter your new credit card information
  5. Click "Save" to update your payment details

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your PRO subscription:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted

After cancellation:

  • Your PRO benefits continue until your current billing period ends
  • You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore PRO features

Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you've previously canceled but want to reactivate:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Click "Reactivate Subscription"
  3. Choose your preferred billing plan (Monthly or Yearly)
  4. Complete the payment process

Email Notifications

You'll receive email notifications for:

  • Subscription confirmation when you first subscribe
  • Renewal reminders before automatic billing
  • Payment confirmations
  • Failed payment alerts
  • Cancellation confirmations

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined: If your payment is declined, verify your payment information is current and that your card has sufficient funds.

Missing PRO Features: If you've subscribed but don't see PRO features, try logging out and back in. If problems persist, contact support.

Billing Questions: For specific billing questions not covered here, please contact our support team with your account information.
