VerseDB offers two PRO subscription options with identical features:

Payment Methods

VerseDB accepts payments via Stripe, a secure payment processor trusted by millions.

Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. VerseDB does not store your complete credit card information. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL/TLS.

Billing Cycle

Monthly Subscriptions

  • First charge: Immediately upon subscribing
  • Recurring charges: Same day each month
  • Example: Subscribe on March 15 → charged on the 15th of every month

Yearly Subscriptions

  • First charge: Immediately upon subscribing
  • Recurring charges: Once per year on your original signup date
  • Example: Subscribe on March 15, 2025 → next charge is March 15, 2026

Notifications you'll receive:

  • Confirmation when you first subscribe
  • Reminder before automatic renewal charges
  • Receipt after each successful payment
  • Alert if a payment fails

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your VerseDB account
  2. Click on your profile/avatar
  3. Navigate to Dashboard
  4. Click "Subscription" in the left navigation

Switching Plans

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.

Switch What Happens
Monthly → Yearly Charged $60 immediately, billing date changes to one year from now
Yearly → Monthly Change takes effect at end of current yearly period, then $6/month

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Confirm your decision
Note
Your PRO benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do prices include taxes? Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, which may vary by location. Taxes will be shown at checkout.

How do I update my payment method? Go to your Subscription page, find "Update Payment Method," and enter your new card information.

What happens if my payment fails? Stripe automatically retries the payment. You'll receive an email alert. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption.

Can I get a refund? Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your first subscription for a refund. After that, no partial refunds are provided but you'll keep PRO access until the end of your paid period.

What currencies are supported? VerseDB PRO is priced in USD. International cards are accepted, but your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

Will my subscription auto-renew? Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
