This article explains VerseDB's subscription pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, and common billing questions to help you manage your Pro subscription effectively.

Subscription Plans

VerseDB offers two Pro subscription options:

  • Monthly Plan: $6/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $60/year (save $12/year compared to monthly billing)

Both plans include the same Pro features and benefits.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards for subscription payments.

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on your original signup date
  • You'll receive email notifications before any renewal charges

Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your subscription directly from your VerseDB account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard
  3. Click "Subscription" in the menu or visit https://versedb.com/subscription
  4. From here, you can view your current plan, next billing date, and manage your subscription

Switching Plans

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Under "Switch Your Plan," select the plan you want to change to
  3. Confirm your selection
  4. Yearly subscribers receive 2 months free compared to monthly billing

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • After cancellation, your Pro benefits continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Do prices include taxes?
Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, which may vary by location.

When will I be charged?
Your first payment is processed immediately upon subscribing. Subsequent charges occur on your billing date.

How do I update my payment method?
Go to your Subscription page and select "Update Payment Method" to enter new payment details.

What happens if my payment fails?
We'll attempt to process your payment again and notify you by email if there are issues. Your subscription remains active during a brief grace period while we try to resolve payment problems.
