Keiichi Nakagawa has appeared in Osamu Akimoto's KochiKame since its first chapter in 1976. He patrols the Kameari Park Police Box in Tokyo beside Kankichi Ryotsu, and his father runs the Nakagawa Corporation. Calm and diligent, in a yellow uniform by Pierre Cardin, he is Ryotsu's foil.
