Leap-Frog

Vincent Patilio is known as Leap-Frog, a former criminal who used a suit equipped with electrically powered coils to perform high jumps. Once a toy inventor, he turned to crime wearing a distinctive green frog costume, relying on enhanced agility and strength granted by his suit. He is also the father of Eugene Patilio, who became the hero Frog-Man. Vincent later worked undercover for the police and eventually supported his son's efforts in heroism.
