A five-issue limited series continuation of Spider-Man: The Animated Series (1994-1998). Written by J.M. DeMatteis, who served as a staff writer on the original animated series, with art by Jim Towe. The series resolves the iconic cliffhanger from the animated series finale, where Spider-Man entered the multiverse to save Mary Jane. Nearly thirty years later, Peter Parker swings back into New York City with Mary Jane in tow, only to face this universe's versions of Morlun and Kaine.
