Windfall

Windfall, real name Wendy Jones, is a mutant with the ability to manipulate air currents. Initially aligned with villainous forces under her older sister's control, she later joined the Outsiders as a hero. Her powers allow her to generate powerful wind blasts and control the atmosphere around her. Despite a troubled past marked by family abuse, she found friendship and purpose among her new teammates.
