A doctor from Luxor, Egypt, he was chosen by the moon god Khonshu during a time when the deity's power was diminished, becoming a second champion alongside Marc Spector. Yehya balances his medical expertise with his divine role, often supporting Moon Knight's Midnight Mission and confronting supernatural threats. His connection to Khonshu grants him resilience and a shared purpose, though he struggles with the weight of his responsibilities and the god's limited power.
