Ruffy is one of the puppies of Lady and Tramp in Disney's Scamp comics, the strip spun out of the 1955 film Lady and the Tramp. She is a sister to Scamp, Scooter and Fluffy.
Where Fluffy is prim and well behaved, Ruffy is the tomboy of the litter, boisterous and game for whatever trouble her brother finds. She has appeared steadily in Disney comics worldwide since the strip began.
