Description

He was a one-shot character created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster in 1937. He was a space cop of the year 3000. His only story featured him captured by his enemy Nira-Q and held hostage. Siegel and Shuster later reused his name for Jor-El, the father of Superman.
