An overweight police officer who was investigating the shooting of Hector Munoz. Lieutenant Weiss called for XF Investigations as Mr Munoz had written a cheque addressed to them prior on the day of the shooting. He was quickly pushed out of the room when he was physically attracted to Longshot.
