Gerald Forrester
Description
Captain of the USS Dauntless. When his submarine collided with an Atlantean structure he was stranded at the bottom of the ocean. When Navy Seals attempted to help it causes an international incident with the Atlanteans, which was stopped by Namor and War Machine.
