Description

The youngest detective in Gotham City to be promoted out of uniform, Tommy Carma was too eager of a detective that had many a criminal walk due to police brutality charges and led to his badge being taken away.

Looking up to Batman and eventually convincing himself that he was the Dark Knight, he dressed as him and murdered criminals that got off on legal loopholes, which set him on a collision course with the very man he looked up to.
