Renee Montoya's father. He co-owns a neighborhood grocery store, Montoya's Grocery, with his wife, Louisa Montoya. He also has a son, Benny Montoya. He had a good relationship with his daughter until he found out that she was a lesbian, after which he shunned her. They did eventually reconcile to some degree however.
