Mad Maestro

Anton Allegro was a failed musician, who became deaf after an accident caused by Green Arrow. He later found an ancient mystical book, which granted his synthesizer magical properties and drove him mad. Using his magical synthesizer for evil, Allegro started attacking those who wronged him in his career.
