Owen Dane
Description
Owen Dane is a son of Danek Milos, the mad bomber also known as "The Snowman", who spent years in Arkham Asylum under Harleen Quinzel observation. After his death, he swore revenge on his father therapist, for locked him in asylum for the rest of his life.
