Dr. Nigel Dalingsworth was a deranged plastic surgeon in London, who put in a proposal years ago to perform corrective surgery on Joker's face. He was interested in trying a dramatic new surgery on the patient, which he thought might assist in his rehabilitation. He tried to use Joker's proximity to distract authorities from his own crimes.
