Description
The Shadow is a pulp fiction vigilante created for Street & Smith Publications, first appearing as a mysterious radio narrator in 1930 before Street & Smith launched a dedicated pulp magazine for the character in April 1931. Armed with dual pistols and the ability to cloud men's minds, the Shadow wages war on crime with the assistance of a network of operatives. The character has been adapted into comic book form by several publishers including Harvey Comics, DC Comics, and Dynamite Entertainment.
