Ratface is a raven companion of the witch Magica De Spell in Disney's Uncle Scrooge comics, created by Carl Barks. An intelligent and cunning familiar, Ratface assists Magica's schemes to steal Scrooge McDuck's Number One Dime, using his flight and wit to spy and run errands on her behalf. He first appeared in Uncle Scrooge #45 (1963). In later media adaptations, Ratface was replaced by Poe De Spell, Magica's brother who had been accidentally transformed into a raven.
