The Amazing Venom is off to a good start. Fred Myers teaming up with Passenger seems like an unusual pairing on paper, but it really works, and their constant back and forth keeps things light and entertaining. Jordan Morris gives the book a fun, easygoing tone without turning Fred into a punchline. Luke Ross delivers great art throughout, handling the quiet moments and the wild symbiote action equally well. The opening pages lean on some catch-up, but once the story gets going, it's an incredibly fun read. Solid 4 stars from me, and I'm definitely in for the next issue.
