Biography
Tsutomu Takahashi is a Japanese manga artist born in Tokyo in 1965. He made his name with Jiraishin, a detective drama serialized in Monthly Afternoon from 1992 to 1999. He later created Skyhigh, a supernatural manga serialized in Weekly Young Jump in 2001. Among his former assistants is Tsutomu Nihei, who went on to create the acclaimed manga BLAME!.
