Japanese manga artist who serialized Sket Dance in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2007 to 2013, winning the Shogakukan Manga Award for Best Shonen work in 2010. He followed with Astra Lost in Space, a science fiction survival series, and later Witch Watch.
