Paul Smith is an American comics artist whose work began in animation before transitioning to comics in the early 1980s. He is best known for his run on Uncanny X-Men (#165-175), where he designed Storm's iconic punk look. He also worked on X-Factor, American Flagg!, Nexus, GrimJack, and his creator-owned series Leave It to Chance.
