Tatsuhiko Yamagami is a Japanese manga artist and writer from Tokushima Prefecture who debuted in 1965. He is best known for Gaki Deka (known in English as Twerp Detective), a gag manga serialized in Weekly Shōnen Champion from 1974 to 1980. The series reached a wide readership across Japan and had a lasting impact on the gag manga genre.
